The person who connects a Notion system to NotionPRO will be considered the primary user. If you do not have a manager on your Notion system, you’ll need to follow the steps here before you can add a NotionPRO secondary contact. Once you’ve added a new manager, they will need to complete the registration process for NotionPRO in their own Notion app by going to Settings > Integrations > NotionPRO and follow the in-app instructions.
The secondary contact for NotionPRO will receive notifications when an alarm is triggered and can de-escalate or escalate alarms. However, in the event of an emergency, Noonlight will only call the primary contact listed on the NotionPRO account.
