Troubleshooting issues with a sensor can sometimes be tricky. Ideally the issue you are experiencing can be addressed with simpler measures like cycling the battery or re-syncing the task. If those steps don't help, you may need to try deleting and reinstalling your sensor.
To delete your sensor:
Click the sensor icon in the mobile app. Navigate to the sensors tab and click the sensor in question, then click delete.
To reinstall your sensor:
Again from the sensors tab, click "add sensor". Then follow the on-screen prompts to recalibrate and get your sensor back online.
Remember, if your sensor is stuck to a surface you don't need to remove it to scan the QR code. Twist the cap off the sensor and use the QR code on the circuit board to scan the sensor.
